Flip flop blocks

Harken’s newly introduced high-load Flip Flop block is a low profile, lightweight pivoting lead block that articulates from side to side. Its hinged construction allows multi-angle leads that require low entry line heights such as mast base control lines and spinnaker halyards. A lockoff provides a temporary stop to free up winches during gybes.

“The high-load Flip-Flop block is a perfect mast base rigging solution for sailors with bigger boats" said Tripp Estabrook, Harken’s OEM Sales Manager. "It is ideal for spinnaker sheet blocks on boats like the Swan 45 as well as foreguys on big boats.”

The Flip-Flop weighs a lightweight 17.37 oz (493 g) without lockoff and 21.1 oz (598 g) with lockoff. The Safe Working Load is 5,000 lbs (2273 kg) and the Breaking Strength is 10,000 lbs (4545 kg).

Prices start at £205.02
