Puma and Ronstan

New alliance to market performance sailing clothing

Global Sport lifestyle Company, Puma, have joined forces with leading Marine Industry organisation Ronstan UK to distribute exclusively their new, cutting edge range of Puma performance sailing clothing to marine retailers throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. As well as being the sole supplier for Puma performance sailing products, Ronstan UK will also provide VOR and Lifestyle product.

Puma Sailing, Puma’s newest category in sporting clothing, is an exciting new collection of apparel, footwear and accessories geared towards both serious sailors but also fashionable consumers looking for something a bit different. There are three distinctive lines: Performance for extreme sport enthusiasts and Volvo Ocean Race for recreational and occasional sailors. This range is in honor of Puma’s entry into the world’s premier around the world yachting event, Puma Sailing will also be the official outfitters of the race. The third, Lifestyle, range is for general consumers who embrace nautical styles.

The performance range has been produced in association with the Puma Ocean Racing Team and will be what they wear as they travel 39,000 miles across five continents, four oceans, and 11 port stopovers in the 70-foot boat, il mostro. Staying true to Puma style, the offshore gear is offered in Puma red and features the iconic Leaping Cat logo.
