Coville delays

Conditions are still lining up for Thomas Coville and his
Sodebo maxi-trimaran to set sail in their bid to break Francis Joyon's solo non-stop round the world record. The forecast is looking good for a fast run all the way down to the Equator. However last night the latest forecast was indicating a 24 hour light patch between the Canary Islands and the Cape Verdes with less than 10 knots of wind present. As a result Coville has delayed his departure, that was due to take place this morning, by 24 hours by which time the situation is expected to have improved.
