The construction of the first Veolia Oceans one-design is making good progress. The yard received the deck mould made by Technologie Marine on 5 June and JMV Industries started the construction of the first section immediately afterwards. On Tuesday 12 June, the carbon infusion workshop at the SailingOne base in Saint Philibert (Morbihan, Brittany) got to work building a bow bulkhead.

The SailingOne team has grown significantly since the year started and the production of the Veolia Oceans one-designs is now moving at speed under the management of Christian Brit.

Nearly all the partners and suppliers have been decided upon, they include: Alucarbon and Navtec (who will produce the rigging) Hexcel Composites, North Sails, Harken, NKE and Teem, Karver, Spinlock (Interdist), Nanni Diesel, Plastimo and Goïot (Groupe Navimo), Lancelin, Positech (Lemer Pax), le CRAIN, Profil Composites, Demolin Caen.
