The round robin of Toyota Sopot Match Race 2008 Grade 1 is now complete. Eight teams advanced to the quarter-final round where six flights have now been sailed. It comes as no surprise that Keith Swinton (AUS) is again the leader with 3 points out of three races.

The day started with perfect weather conditions again. Later in the afternoon the wind dropped a bit but almost half of the quarterfinal is done.

One of the lucky guys today is Staffan Lindberg who is back in the game. “We were happy with today’s results," he said.

"In the light and shifty conditions we believe we were sailing fast and managed to catch a few lucky breaks in our race against Mirsky and Lindberg. We are looking forward to finishing off the quarter-finals tomorrow” says Keith Swinton.
