News from the Swiss Decision 35 multihulls

This year the championship on the Swiss lakes for the Decision 35 catamarans will be called the Challenge Julius Baer (last year and in 2004 it was the Challenge Ferrier Lullin). The Ferrier Lullin bank has been acquired by the Julius Baer bank, who wish to continue their association with this dramatic lake racing class.

Following the victory in 2005 by Nicolas Grange's Okalys with Loick Peyron ahead of Ernesto Bertarelli's Alinghi, so the eight Decision 35 teams have been upping their game, employing coaches over the winter to improve their performance.

The 2006 circuit for the class has today been announced starting with the Grand Prix Chopard over the first weekend of May.
