At the London Boat Show - Part 1

Plenty to see at the London Boat Show and madforsailing.com will be roaming the aisles to track down the latest boats and gear.
On the Spinlock stand (255G) I noticed that they were using their very neat PX Powercleats in a mainsheet-jamber arrangement that looked ideal for dinghies. The Powercleats are now uprated with a hard anodised alloy cam for this season and the smaller of the two sizes available makes a very compact replacement for the traditional camcleat arrangement.
On the stand they have a demonstration rig and the easy lock and release action was particularly impressive. Spinlock clutches and cleats have mainly been used on yachts and sportsboats but the new Powercleats look like they could find wider use on dinghies. The guys on the stand say they have been using the larger size on their Laser 4000 with great success.
Now can anyone out there tell me if they are legal on the RS400?
