To the allegations of the RMW Marine boats team racing at the recent International 14 Worlds

Following allegations made at the International 14 Worlds in Auckland Richard Woof of RMW Marine would like to make the following statement: -

“RMW supports the International 14 Class by running an extensive research and development program to ensure our customers benefit from a competitive product at an economic cost. During the research and development we work with talented sailors to enhance the validity and speed of the development.

"These talented sailors do not receive any remuneration of any kind other than competing in boats and events that otherwise would be beyond their financial reach.

"RMW Marine and Richard Woof do not give team orders; enjoy yourselves, and a wish of Good Luck is the simple message.

"RMW Marine would also like to announce that Alister Richardson and Ian Barker are currently clearing their names of the allegation.”
