Apthorp extends

Consistant sailing at Flying Fifteen Nationals

Just the one race was sailed yesterday at the Flying Fifteen Nationals, hosted by South Caernarvonshire Yacht Club.

Charles Apthorp and crew Alan Green scored a third place to extend their lead to over seven points from second place Steve Goacher and Justin Chisholm. A 20th yesterday means that Goacher is now having to count his tenth place in race one.

Alan Bax and Paul Busby have climbed into third place overall following a race win.

Racing continues through to Friday.
