Excellent conditions for fleet

A misty Saturday morning soon gave way to a glorious sea breeze of 18 knots and sunshine - Sunday was a repeat performance testing many of the teams over the six races. The competitors were treated to excellent courses a well organised shore party.

In the 49er, Ben McGrane & Jonny Clegg fresh back from their success in the Silver fleet at the Europeans dominated the racing to win from Richard Bone & Chris Rodway who were in turn closely followed by John Wilson and James Barker.

In the 29er fleet is was the local team of Tristen Jaques & Alain Sign who once again cleaned up. Jonathan White & Alex Cruttendon were worthy runners up coming second in every race to Jaques/Sign except the last when they swapped places.
