2013 round Europe race course announced

Route des Princes due to start in Valencia and visit Plymouth in June

The course for the Route des Princes has been announced. This latest version of the 'round Europe race' is open to multihulls of 50ft or more.

The schedule for the event is: 

Valencia - 6-9 June
Lisbon - 13-16 June
Dùn Laoghaire/Dublin Bay - 20-23 June
Plymouth - 26-30 June
Baie de Morlaix - June 30, 2013

Backed by Route du Rhum winner Lionel Lemonchois' sponsor,vegetable producer Prince de Bretagne, partly as a device to have a race to sail their new 80ft trimaran, the Route des Princes aims to be a meeting of rural and coastal communities.
