Geronimo returns

French maxi-trimaran reaches Brest

Geronimo, Olivier de Kersauson's Cap Gemini and Schneider Electric sponsored maxi-trimaran arrived back in Brest todday at 16h30.

The crossing of the Bay of Biscay was in strong headwinds and proved very hard. Geronimo has docked in her regular berth in Brest's commercial and her damaged sailed have been unloaded. She will certainly restart, but at present there is no information as to when.
