Head change at Tour Voile

Following departure of Manfred Ramspachier

Paul Alain Chaudet has taken over as President of the Tour de France a la Voile following the departure of Manfred Ramspacher.

The line up for the 2003 Tour Voile remains unchanged with an impressive 60 Mumm 30 registered entries - a record for this race.
