Latest ipop design from Studio 3

French yacht designers Studio 3 Plessis & Associes have realised plans for their Class 9.50. This follows on from their Black Rider 40 catamaran, the i-pop 650 Mini and VMG25 IRC racer - all high performance boats that come in kit form.

The i-pop 950 follows on the same principle as the 650 Mini with a double chine hull, a modest cabin top, a beam of 3.60m and upwind sail area of 80sqm and of course twin water ballast tanks.

The budget kit (including plans + 100% of the matter CP hull-deck + floor mounting: lined, frames, buklheads, deck, cabintop, various other structure) should not exceed 10 000 to 13 000 Euros ex tax..

Alternative two builders are available to build the entire or or deliver a bare hull for fit-out.
