Hi all,

Hope alls going well on land. Here all's good, but we are starting to get a little worried that we may be sailing the wrong race as we are a lot closer to Brazil than we are the Caribbean....

Last night we gybed south again as the wind was very right and we decided to put some more miles in the bank while we still had good pressure. Today was the first day of 'real trades' with heaps of cloud action and we played with them a lot which was cool.

The wind has eased a bit in general and we are benefitting by using 'George', the auto pilot, a little so we can rest as we have been four days non-stop at the helm.

Apart from all that there is no big changes on board Sojasun: there is 1000miles to go and there is a huge North/South speration in the fleet so its going to be very interesting to see how it all finishes...

On the food side, there doesn't rest many choices - its rice for lunch, rice for dinner and petit dej au chocolate Nutrisun for breakfast. Seeing as its Friday tomorrow we are going to celebrate by having our last tin of tuna and last freezed dried meal!! For the Haribos - I counted them and there are 27 left so we are going to have to be very carefull!!

There is still heaps of kamakazi flying fish landing on the deck every night, and tonight We actually had two come inside the boat next to the chart table and flap around - it stinks!!!

Cheers for now, Liz et Nobby the Lobby
