New appointments for the Multi Cup SAS (60ft trimaran circuit)

Running the Multi Cup SAS race (the 60ft trimaran race starting in London) for only a week, Denis Horeau has gathered around him a team who have worked together for more than 10 years, in order to make this first event in the newly rejigged former -ORMA calendar a success.

This organisation team will include:

- Philippe Facque (Director of Royale Production), who will be responsible for the Race Direction. "The only thing that matters is the sport, and we will go on participating to the success of this event on which we’ve been working for more than 15 years," says Facque who was effectively running the class prior to its transformation into the Multi Cup.

- Gilles Martin-Raget, the famous photographer

- Nefertiti Production, the TV production company who has already worked on many big nautical events

- Wind Report, will be in charge of the sound during the daily audio sessions.

Thierry Bouvard, head of sponsorship at Banque Populaire Group, confirmed: "we are very pleased to work with all those qualified suppliers that we’ve been working with for many years now."

Race Instruction for the MultiCup SAS will be released by the end of the week. The start is from London on 8 May, the six confirmed entries heading for Nice. A rare opportunity to see the 60ft trimarans in London...
