Orange II passes the Lizard

Initial reports indicate that Orange II crossed the finish line at the Lizard around 30 minutes outside of PlayStation's time for the west to east transatlantic crossing.

Earlier this afternoon one of the boat's representatives in France told thedailysail that at 13:45GMT Bruno Peyron's maxi catamaran still had 40-45 miles to cover to reach the Lizard. At the time she was sailing at 27 knots.
