WSSRC ratify Orange's 24 hour record

The WSSR Council have ratified the outright record for the distance covered over a 24 hours period.

This is now held by Bruno Peyron and Orange 2, set between 22 and 23 August with a distance covered of 706.2 nautical miles at an average speed of 29.42 knots.
