Cowes based Elite Pro Challenges has some great offers for places on their racing yachts

In pursuit of the ultimate racing package, Elite Pro Challenges has created a number of opportunities for those looking to get a foothold in the notoriously tough world of yacht racing.

The following packages have been created with all abilities in mind, from the beginner to the expert who is just looking to “get out there” again.

From as little as £25 per person, you can join one or EPC’s matched Reflex 38 racing yachts, for one of a number of passages.

For example:
POOLE BAY RACE; 24th May
This includes the race from Cowes to Poole, covering a distance of approximately 40 miles. The organisers are expecting around 50 yachts to enter, and with a crew party in Poole on arrival it is guaranteed to be some evening! The following day the yachts will cruise back to Cowes for the 25th.
The price for this package is £25.



IRC2000 Championships (IRC Nationals); 6th – 8th June
This package incorporates 6 races in the Solent, with upwards to 100 yachts expected to take part. There will be yet more crew parties in the Yacht Haven on the Friday and Saturday night, and accommodation is provided onboard the yachts.
Price £150.

JOG Race; Cowes – Yarmouth; 14th June
As the name suggests, this package is based around the Junior Offshore Group’s race to Yarmouth. JOG are predicting around 60 entrants based on early figures, so following the race the crew party in Yarmouth should provide entertainment for all involved! Following the party the yachts will cruise back to Cowes, to finish on the 15th June.
Price £30.
