Open mono/60ft trimaran calendar

Events in the FICO-Lacoste World Championship are announced

The FICO calendar in 2003 will again offer a variety of oceanic events open to different yacht classes combined with Grand Prix. After the finish of Around Alone in Newport in April, the multihulls will meet up again in Cherbourg in early May. The programme will finish with a flourish in the autumn with the Transat Jacques Vabre, the bi-annual double-handed transatlantic race from France to Salvador de Bahia, in Brazil.

Six oceanic events and four ORMA Grand Prix races will make up a season full of challenges and there promises to be a great deal of suspense before the winner of the 2003 World Championship is known.
