Kiwi Cup team in the firing line again

Challenger of Record for the 34th America's Cup, Artemis Racing, representing Kungliga Svenska Segel Sällskapet, has filed an application to the Jury requesting an interpretation of the Protocol governing the 34th America’s Cup with regards to the cooperation agreement between Emirates Team New Zealand (ETNZ) and Luna Rossa Challenge 2013 (read more about this here)

Artemis Racing believes that it is in the best interest of all competing teams to understand if all of the elements of the agreement are permissible before any party makes a significant investment.
