Pete Cumming, Mark Bulkeley, Ian McCabe have set sail from Oman Sail along with 2010 Extreme Sailing Series winners Paul Campbell-James and Alister Richardson.

Project Manager, Pete Cumming along with Boat Captain and ex-Olympic Tornado sailor Mark Bulkeley leave the team after three successful years representing Oman in the Extreme Sailing Series. In his three years with Oman Sail, Cumming both Project managed and raced in the two boat campaign and brought Oman Sail overall Extreme Sailing Series wins in 2009 and 2010.

"We have had a great time with Oman sail and are very proud of what we have achieved but I feel it is the right time to leave the project," said Cumming. "We hope to still race in the 2011 Extreme Sailing World Tour and are currently seeking new sponsors and partners for our team. This break in campaign also gives us the chance to pursue other sailing projects in the New Year so it's exciting times."

For 2011 Oman Sail Masirah is to be skippered by Sidney Gavignet, while The Wave, Muscat will be helmed by Australian match racer Torvar Mirsky.
