New deadline for Singapore agreement

Following the breakdown of talks in Singapore last week, the Golden Gate Yacht Club have sent a letter to the Societe Nautique de Geneve, offering a new deadline for the 'Singapore Agreement' to be signed of 1900 CET tonight.
If signed by all parties, the Singapore Agreement would solve the outstanding issues of 'Country of Construction', other items from the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions such as the wind speeds in which racing can take place, but, significantly, also the outstanding litigation the GGYC has brought against the SNG over their breach of fiducary duty as a Trustee of the America's Cup.
If this agreement is signed then it will be a significant clearing of the path for the 33rd America's Cup to go ahead.
