Swan re-establish ties with Swiss watch manufacturer

Nautor's Swan today reinforced its position as the leading luxury yacht manufacturer, by signing a partnership with Rolex SA, the world's pre-eminent watch maker. As an official ClubSwan partner, the alliance involves Rolex becoming title sponsor of Nautor's three flagship events: the Rolex Swan Cup, the Rolex Swan American Regatta and the Rolex Swan European Regatta.

Leonardo Ferragamo, President of The Nautor Group commented: "We are delighted to welcome Rolex to ClubSwan. The partnership between the two brands will add an extra dimension to ClubSwan and some of our events, for the benefit of Swan owners worldwide."

Organised by three of the most exclusive yacht clubs in the world, all of which have longstanding relationships with both Nautor and Rolex. This year will see the Rolex Swan Cup, organised by the illustrious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda in Porto Cervo, from the 12-19 September, with a full fleet competing for the prestigious Swan Cup, presented by Nautor's Swan, as well as a Rolex watch.

In the summer of 2005, the Rolex Swan European Regatta will be hosted by the Royal Yacht Squadron in Cowes, followed by the Rolex Swan American Regatta held at the New York Yacht Club in Newport, RI, where Swans from all over the world will flock together once again for some competitive racing in the true Spirit of Swan.
