New role for Peta Stuart-Hunt

The organisers of the Sail, Power & Watersports Show have announced that Peta Stuart-Hunt has been appointed Director of Media & Communications with immediate effect and she will also head up the Press and PR team at Earls Court in November.

This news follows the recent appointment of Marketing Director Gary Robinson and the launch of the show’s new identity and media partnerships with ITV Local and London’s Evening Standard, announced during Skandia Cowes Week.

Peta’s appointment complements the PR team already in place for the show which is headed up by Susie Reid Thomas at Silver Thread Communications.

Peta has worked in the marine leisure market for 25 years, and she has been the Press Officer for Skandia Cowes Week for the past eight years, a role she retains alongside her new appointment until the end of October. Peta will also continue to work with her other clients in the marine industry through her consultancy PR Works.
