AC33 warring factions to meet in Monaco

Russell Coutts and Brad Butterworth confirmed for December's World Yacht Racing Forum

Highlight of the 2008 World Yacht Racing Forum, was the America's Cup debate including Brad Butterworth, Tom Ehman, Sir Keith Mills, Paul Cayard and Stephane Kandler (buy a copy of the transcript here!)

At this year's World Yacht, to be held once again at Monaco's Grimaldi Forum over 9-10 December there is to be a rematch, this time between Russell Coutts, CEO and skipper of BMW ORACLE Racing, who will make a presentation, and Alinghi skipper Brad Butterworth who will explain his team’s point of view to the audience.

Both Russell Coutts and Brad Butterworth will then join Paul Cayard, Stéphane Kandler (All4One), Sotiris Buseas (Greek Challenge), Marcus Hutchinson (Team Origin), Nicolò Bastianini (Green Comm) and Magnus Holmberg (Victory Challenge) for a panel discussion entitled “The America’s Cup – What is the future for the challengers after AC 33". The panel will be the final session of the 2009 Forum.
