ORC issue a new presentation about the IMS

The Offshore Racing Council have created a new presentation about the International Measurement System. The new Powerpoint document includes 35 frame and describes basic definitions about handicaps, various scoring principles as Time-on-Time, Performance Curve Scoring etc. If you want to understand or refresh your memory about the intricacies of the IMS - this document is well worth a look.
