Frers launches Argentinian 60ft IMS boat

Fortuna III is the third on the famous line of yachts belonging to the Argentine Naval Academy.

The hull and deck of this new Frers-designed IMS 60 footer are to be built using carbon fibre pre-impregnated unidirectional and biaxial fabrics with a Nomex core. The selection of materials has been made taking into consideration the strength and rigidity required as well as the expected relatively long life expectancy of the vessel.

Fortuna III was launched on October 2004 in Buenos Aires.
