Details of the North Sails Golf Day in aid of the John Merricks Trust

The end of a highly successful Southampton Boat Show is approaching, and exhibitors are being asked to think about a different sport – golf! The 7th annual North Sails Golf Day, held in memory of Olympic sailor John Merricks, takes place on Friday 26th September at Cams Hall, Fareham.

Over £47,000 has been raised by this event, and boat show exhibitors can help boost this further in a number of ways. Individuals and companies can take part, sponsor holes or help the fund raising by donating something from their stand which can be used as prizes. North Sails is happy to make space on its stand F24 for any prizes, so why not walk past today and help this event to be even more of a success this year!.

If balls and bunkers are your thing, then why not take part? Individuals or teams of four are welcome to enter, putting your skills against old favourites such as Henri-Lloyd and Skandia. For a corporate splash, join companies such as Volvo, Nautor Swan UIK, Skandia and Craft Insure by sponsoring a hole on the course.
