Crew changes

Conrad Humphries, skipper of LG Flatron, winner of the recent BT Global Challenge, will over from Miranda Merron joining Mike Golding, Nigel King, Alex Sizer and Graham Tourell on board Ecover.

Vendee Globe winner Christophe Auguin and meteorologist Gilles Chiorri are leaving Gartmore and will be replaced by Ollie Dyer and American Around Alone competitor Brad van Liew.


Hall Protest thrown out

The protest by Mike Golding's Ecover against Josh Hall's Gartmore for failing to round the fourth mark of the course called 'Owers' during the second leg of the EDS Atlantic Challenge was thrown out by an international 'email' jury of five headed by IMOCA Chairman Jean-Bertrand Mothes-Masse.
