New footwear from Gill

The Gill dinghy footwear range, available from this November, comprises three products that have been individually tried and tested by the Olympic Tornado pairing of Hugh Styles and Adam May.

Hiking and Trapeze Boots, together with the Aqua Tech Shoes, benefit from soles with new tread patterns and the overall styling is ergonomic and contemporary. These new designs give maximum protection and support to the foot through weight-bearing whilst also providing complete flexibility when moving around the boat.

The colour scheme of Black/Carbon co-ordinates with Gill’s complete dinghy product range also launching this Winter.

Hiking Boots

New Hiking Boots have been introduced into the Gill range aimed specifically at hiking boats rather than trapeze dinghies. Hiking Boots feature more support around the ankle and a razor-cut sole.

Trapeze Boots

Gill have modifies their popular boot with the inclusion of a flexible ribbed wrap-around sole with side support which provides grip while being shaped to protect the toe, heel and side of the foot.

Aqua Tech Shoes

The upgraded Aqua Tech design has the addition of the new wrap-around sole and toe reinforcing is further back. The inclusion of Supratex® at the front of the shoe ensures far more abrasion-resistance than in the previous model.
