Job opportunity: Dinghy Journalist

TheDailySail.com is looking for full time staff member to join the leading pay-subscription international yacht and dinghy racing website.
The role principally involves creating a majority of the dinghy-related content on TheDailySail.com, including writing news and features, photography and video as well as sub-editing third party submissions.
Applicants should have an interest in sailing news, be able to demonstrate writing skills and good computer literacy, although specific html or other net-related skills are not necessary. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and hard working with a mature approach to their work.
The successful applicant will be expected to be an active performance dinghy sailor and enthusiast and would be required to represent TheDailySail.com to the dinghy sailing community.
This job represents a unique opportunity to learn the necessary skills of the sailing journalist working alongside our staff who have more than 20 years worth of experience in this field.
Following an initial training period the successful applicant will be required to work from home (UK) and have the ability to attend meetings in the Hampshire area.
TheDailySail.com has readers in over 60 countries, including some of the biggest names our sport.
