North Sails maintain their sail repair service

For the 2004 season, North Sails is once again offering its customers an overnight sail repair service for key events taking place in the UK.

North Sails Service Manager Sophie Streatfield has a dedicated team of sailmakers on stand by at the Gosport loft ready to carry out the most complex of repairs quickly and efficiently, in order to get North Sails’ customers back on the water for the next days’ racing.

The North Sails’ van will operate a collection and delivery service from key regattas including the Red Funnel Easter Regatta (April 9-11), the Mumm 30 European Championships (June 5-9), IRC National Championships (June 18-20) and Commodore’s Cup (July 25 - August 1).

Damaged North Sails need to be delivered to the North Sails’ van immediately after racing, and collected from the same point the following morning in time for the next race.
