Ockam instruments announce new appointment

Ockam Instruments has announced the appointment of Campbell Field as Vice President of Ockam Instruments. Over the last 9 months Campbell has been leading the introduction of Ockam Instruments to the European market, and this successful operation will continue from Lymington in the UK.

Campbell’s deep experience with yacht instrumentation will allow Ockam to continue to develop and focus on client service and leading edge product development. In his new role as Vice President, Campbell will be responsible for worldwide marketing and sales.

After 9 years of nurturing and growing Ockam into a market leader in technology for yachts, former Vice President Tom Davis will be undertaking a new role with the North Sails Group. Tom will be working closely with Campbell to ensure that it is business as usual for all Ockam clients. Ockam wishes to thank Tom for his contributions to Ockam during his tenure, and wish him all the best in his new role as President of North Cloth.

Ockam intends to appoint a respected marine industry person to continue the sales and support that Tom has provided the North American market over the last 9 years.
