Performance marine footwear manufacturer Dubarry has launched the new sporty yachting boot, Seaquest to complement their Shamrock, Ultima and Helmsman marine boots. The Seaquest stands out in the range as it is the first Dubarry boot to have an adjustable elasticated gaiter top, designed to keep out water. Made from a warm Gore-tex® lining, this will also wick away perspiration from the foot, keeping it dry and comfortable.
The Seaquest leather upper is made from the highest quality WR100 Mirapel® leather offering both water resistant and durability. The leg of the boot is made from Kevlar®, which provides the ultimate in strength whilst being extremely lightweight. A reflective band around the centre of the boot is an added safety feature enabling crew to be seen while on deck at night.
As with all Dubarry footwear the Seaquest benefits from the Dubarry non-slip sole, which is stuck and stitched to the leather upper and offers superior traction and lateral stability. To give extra comfort, the Seaquest also benefits from a built-in shock absorbent sole.
Other boots in the range include the Shamrock, Dubarry’s original yachting boot and the world’s first ever Gore-tex® lined boot.
The Seaquest yachting boot is available in Mahogany in UK sizes 3-12 and 13, European sizes 35 to 48 and retails at £165.00.
