Snatch block to be launched at Southampton Boat Show

Performance hardware manufacturer Holt will launch its new 30mm Dynamic Snatch block at the Southampton Boat Show next month.

Holt has used its dynamic bearing system to create a snatch block that is both lightweight and extremely strong. Made from composite, with stainless steel bearings running on a stainless steel sleeve, the block has been designed to provide quick and easy release of ropes.

Ideal for use in twinning line systems on spinnaker sheets on conventional spinnaker boats up to 7m, the snatch block can also be used on a barber hauling system on Jib sheets to adjust sheeting angles when reaching with a genoa.

The snatch block will retail for £12.28.
