What do you think the result will be? 1) Has
iIlbruckdeliberately withheld information to achieve an irregular advantage? A simple test reveals that this may not be the case: querying "atmosfera.lma" in the Netscape search engine delivers two results: both are "RSM Forecast Model Graphics at
http://atmosfera.lma.fi.upm.es/rsm/". There you are. If it is so easy to find, the omission of "/rsm" may not be penalized as delusiveness but forgiven as negligence.
1a) The above result may indicate that the only content of this page is weather information (i.e., the /rsm page) indeed!
2) Is the weather information interconnected to the atmosfera site according to Dictionary.com? I think yes, as the extension ?/rsm? extends the homepage URL. It is thus evident that the information is kept on the same website, irrespective of its ostensible inaccessibility. (It is just the fault of the respective webmaster not to have provided a link to it on the homepage.)
3) The name ?atmosfera? suggests meteorologic content; therefore one may investigate the site for it, even if not immediately apparent. I am sure that illbruck was not delusive.
4) To be entirely fair, one should find out whether there has been a previous link on the atmosfera homepage to the /rsm page. Maybe at the time when iIlbrucksubmitted their list of pages. Subsequent changes of the homepage may have removed that link. Finally, owing to their superb performance, certainly not having benefited from any apparent cheat, I strongly feel that the protest will be dismissed and iIlbruckwill not be punished.

What do you think the result will be? Surely as the /rsm page isn't linked off the specified root, it must be considered as being separate. IAE, the propeller infringements look as though this is relatively minor - surely a DSQ is the only result for leg 1?
