Ian Clingan to leave RYA

The RYA has announced that the High Performance Manager for the East Zone, Ian Clingan, is leaving to pursue his own Olympic Sailing dream and they have released the following vacancy details:
"The RYA Racing and Windsurfing Divisions are therefore seeking to appoint a replacement whose primary role will be to help identify and nurture talented young sailors through the World Class Start and Potential race training programme and the Volvo/RYA Champion Club Scheme.
Reporting to the Youth Manager at HQ, the HPM will work closely with the RYA Recognised Youth Class Associations and liaise with the relevant RYA regions.
Candidates should have proven managerial ability, be motivated self starters, and have significant coaching experience. A competitive salary and car will be provided. The post is supported by the Sport England Lottery Fund.
