A record 91 yachts are entered for the Royal Southampton Yacht Club's Two-Handed Nab Tower Race which will be held on Saturday 8 September.
The varied fleet will include the 80ft schooner Craftsmans Art sailed by Douglas Barnes, down to a Melges 24 sports boat, and in the multihull class the 34ft trimaran Shockwave sailed by Alistair Wood and Charles Darbyshire which was the third boat to finish in this year's Hoya Round the Isle of Wight race.

The bulk of the fleet are cruiser-racers in the 30ft to 40ft range with five Danish-built X-332s and four Cowes-built Mustang 30s.

There is still time to enter. Starting at around 1000hrs off Hillhead, with a not quite direct course of about 30 miles.
