Palma Eurolymp in April

Yes I cycle for around 12hours a week

Taking third place at the Youth Worlds, just because it felt great and was one of my first major regattas

What’s your biggest remaining goal in sailing?
To get gold at the next Europeans, Worlds and Olympics

How much time do you spend on the water each week?
Around ten hours

Do you have a favorite sailing venue and what makes it a great place to sail?
Weymouth, as it has a huge range of conditions

What is your greatest strength in sailing?
High wind conditions

What’s the single most important piece of advice you could give to younger sailors?
To be fit

Arron [MacIntosh] as he is able to win races regardless of of the position he starts in

If you could sail for a day with anyone of your choice who would it be and why?
My girlfriend as whilst great to sail with she can also teach me a few things?
