Breeze craps out on day four of the Tornado European championships in Cagliari

Their was no racing on the fourth day of the Tornado Europeans being held in Cagliari, southern Sardinia, due to light and shifty breezes.

The Race Committee tried on two occasions to start the racing at 14 00 and at 16 00, but the wind failed to materialise. After two upwind legs, the Race Committee were forced to abandon the racing. The seventh and eight races of the championships are scheduled to be held tomorrow at 14 00.

Racing continues through until Saturday 14 June.
