Simon Allen was not to win this one but it was enough to win the overall Typhoon Winter Classic series.
Ed Gatehouse, RS700 and Martin Harrison, International Moth battled it out in all four of the Typhoon series events. But this was not to be Ed's day - Martin finished second overall in the series and Ed was eleventh.
