The RYA Volvo Dinghy Show 2009 is to take place this year over 7-8 March at its normal venue of Alexandra Palace in northeast London.

Around the show this year will be many displays including the new ‘Fitness Zone’ where visitors can pitch their fitness levels against the Olympic sailors on Concept 2 rowing machines, as well as  pick up tips on improving fitness levels and essential nutrition.

There is a display of International 14s across the ages. See just how these boats have developed over the years from the earliest boats to the cutting edge skiffs of today.
