Paul Goodison talks before and after the Laser World Championships

Following a mountain biking accident late last year British Olympic Laser representative, Paul Goodison recently returned to the International stage.

After winning Sail Melbourne Goodison was straight back into the thick of it, attending the Laser World Championships in Australia just over a week ago. In this video diary he talks both before and after the event about his expectations and how he feels about his result.
