Paul Goodison talks about the Princess Sofia and his preparations for the Olympics

Following a mountain biking accident late last year British Olympic Laser representative, Paul Goodison recently returned to the International stage.

Last week the Brit took a convincing victory at a windy Princess Sofia Trophy in Palma. In this video diary he talks both before and after the event about his expectations and his preparations in the build-up to China.
