In what must go down as the some of the most uncooperative weather conditions for a regatta, the Barcelona Olympic Sailing Week has concluded with only one race taking place for some classes.
Yesterday, the storm that has been battering the city, moved away and left a vacumn behind it. The commitee finally abandoned any attempt to get any racing in by 14.00.
