Lafayette leads

After second day of racing at the 8m Worlds on Lake Geneva

Two races were held today at the 8m World Championship on Lake Geneva.

The first was won by the swiss team Gitana Sixty and the second one by the French titleholder, Fleur de Lys, but in the overall results, the Dutch on board Lafayette are leading, finishing second in each race today.

In the Vintage class, Bona won the two races and remains first of its group. The Sira Cup is led by the Swiss boat Froya, which also ended its two races in first place.

Finally, among the gaff rigged class the first place is the German Silhouette, which was already leading the class after the first race.
