Competition Term & Conditions

1. The competition will run until Friday 28 February.
2. The competition is not open to employees of International Sailing Media (ISM) Limited, its associates, affiliated or subsidiary companies and their families, agents or anyone connected with the competition or ISM Limited.
3. To enter the competition all entrants must answer the question above and submit it in the bin provided. One entry is allowed per email address only. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. All prizes are non-transferable and no alternative of any kind will be available. There is no cash or alternative prize available.
4. ISM Limited does not accept any responsibility for any lost or damaged entries. The winners of the competition shall be entitled to the prize offered in the competition.
5. The winner will receive a £250 voucher for Holt hardware.
6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISM Limited excludes all liability arising from the non or late delivery of any competition prizes. All disputes arising from the non-delivery of prizes should be taken up with the individual companies supplying the prize if applicable.
7. ISM Limited reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions with prior notice. By submitting an entry you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
8. Any data supplied by competition entrants may be used by ISM Limited in accordance with the current data protection legislation.
