Repercussions from the Italian challenger's withdrawal from the 35th America's Cup

The America’s Cup World Series event due to be held in Cagliari, Italy scheduled for June and to have been hosted by Luna Rossa, has been cancelled following the Italian challenger's withdrawal from the America’s Cup.

The first America's Cup World Series event will now be Portsmouth over 23-26 July, with racing off Southsea over 25-26 July.

The America’s Cup World Series in 2015 will consist of the following events:

Portsmouth, Great Britain - 23-26 July
Gothenburg, Sweden - 28-30 August
Hamilton, Bermuda - 16-18 October

    Three events in two continents is hardly a world series is it? I think that spoiled it (the AC) again!
